So I went workout and it really helps me, it can bring me good mood back. And I can tell I've never sweat like I do rn in my life.
I did Kayla Itsines Friday BBG w/o and some kickboxing and it really helps me.. All the stress and pressure just disappeared.

I wasn't able to w/o for a long time so I'm really happy and proud of myself today.
