So I want to talk about cheat days,I'm sure you heard about this before.
I want to talk if it is good or bad or what.
And should you have cheat days when your are working out?
I think yes,you should have it,it is treat for you.
If you have problems with food as I do try to have just cheat food,you won't be eating your favorite food all day,you will just choose of them and eat it like a snack or lunch or breakfast.
When I have treat food I usually eat my favorite dark chocolate,I don't eat the whole bar of chocolate I eat like 2-4 pieces. Or I make home made pizza for dinner/lunch,and do not count it in my calories intake.
I try to have cheat/treat food 2-3 times a month.
And even treat food,days can be in healthy style,so you won't be really cheating on yourself.
But if you only started working out,it would be good if you start this days after some time,like after month or two.
Do not feel guilty after those days,you deserve it!
