My carbs cycling
Well it's 3th day of my carbs cycling and it is okay,I guess,I don't overeat. I don't eat sweets and junk or pastas,
But I still eat bread,and I have no idea how to stop,I didn't eat for two days,but I ate one slice today (any advices how to stop?)
Also I found this one diet and you can lose 4-8 kg in 7 days,so I'm going to try it,
But I will change it a bit.
so there is the diet
DAY ONE
you can eat only fruit as much as you want (DO NOT EAT BANANAS)
DAY TWO
you can eat only vegetable
DAY THREE
you can eat both fruit and vegeteble (DO NOT EAT BANANAS)
DAY FROUR
eat 5-8 bananas and drink milk (I'm going to eat those bananas but I will skip milk)
DAY FIVE
one cup of rice for lunch and 6-8 tomatos
DAY SIX
cup of rice for lunch and vegetable
DAY SEVEN
fruit smoothies,juices and vegetable
then slowly return to normal eating
After 7 days of this diet I'm going to try eat 500 calories for 10 days.
And we will see if I lose any weight...
