Okay so it didn't go as I wanted but still,I didn't eat much today

Breakfast:greek style yoghurt (150g)+ 20g oats
Lunch:vegetable 100g+ seitan 30g
Snack: Strawberries 50g
Dinner: vegetable soup 1 cup 
THIS IS WHAT I WANTED TO EAT

DAY 1
720 cal
Breakfast:greek style yoghurt (50g)+50g strawberries
Lunch:vegetable 100g+ seitan 30g half of wholegrain tortila
Snack: Strawberries 50g
Dinner: salat with mozzarella about 150g+ half of wholegrain tortila

I went for a walk (80min)
I feel tired from yesterdays workout,so I didn't do any weight training or cardio.

And I'm happy I didn't eat any sweets or junk today
