To make it clear I'm not pro ana blog....
I have never been.
I just have bad relationship with food,and please girls,boys,don't try to lose weight by cutting down your calories intake just 500 calories or less,even when a person wants to lose weight the healthylow calories intake is about 1200-1500 calories per day,and also do not overexercise yourself.
It's not healthy,and I'm doing this just because I don't know anything else.
You can lose weight in healthy weight.
There is nothing bad about eating ice cream or your fav cake,cookie,or whatever you love time to time,don't let food control you,bring you down,it's not worth it.
You need to eat! And if you don't think so,I'm sorry but you need help,and there is nothing bad about asking for help.
Please don't destroy yourself becuase someone calls you names or whatever,show those assholes you don't cake about the damn word they say,you know what? Just look deep into their eyes smile and then just walk away.
Don't let them control you!
