what I'm gonna eat tomorrow

Breakfast:apple,rasberries+250ml of water,250ml of coffee/tea
snack:half of orange 250ml of water
Lunch:seitan+veggie 500ml of water
Dinner:veggie+ soya beans 200 ml of water
700cal or so.
2 l of water or so
I will also try to take pics of every meal and post it here in the evening
