lunch:seitan 50g and one big tomato
dinner:the same as lunch
DAY 6
breakfast:nothing
snack:nothing
lunch:seitan 50g and coooked vegetable 100g
dinner:cooked vegetable 50g
DAY 7
breakfast:berries homemade juice
snack:carrot
lunch:cooked vegetable 150g and soya beans 50g
dinner:cooked vegetable 120g seitan 50g
If I will follow this plan,I will be able to loose 4-8 kg per week...I'm really curious
